I had always suffered from rhinitis, which made it difficult to breathe properly through my nose.

It started when I was around 15 years old. At some point, breathing became difficult, and I had to rely on mouth breathing. This made me feel constantly uncomfortable, and my head often felt foggy.

At first, I ignored it, thinking it would improve on its own. But by my mid-20s, I finally went to the hospital. I was told that my nasal passages were blocked and swollen.

As a child, I longed for love and attention, but my circumstances didn’t allow it.

I often heard, “You are the eldest son, so you must act this way,” which created resentment in me. Being introverted, I suppressed my emotions.

Through this meditation, I began to see myself objectively and was able to discard these suppressed emotions. As I let go of them, I felt increasingly peaceful and happy.

Then, about two weeks into this meditation, something incredible happened.

It felt like a heavy stone in my chest was suddenly removed—and at that moment, my nose completely opened.

I could finally breathe freely.

I realized that loneliness, suppressed anger, resentment, and a contracted mind had manifested physically in my body.

I also had constant pain in my lower back, shoulders, and head. As I accumulated more stress and mental burden, my condition worsened.

Because I was always tense, I unconsciously kept my body tight, preventing it from functioning properly.

At first, my nose would open and close repeatedly. But gradually, the periods of comfortable breathing became longer.

Breathing freely made my chest feel open, and my whole body felt light. I was amazed.

Through this meditation, I also reflected on my eating habits.

I used to eat a lot of processed food and eat very quickly. This led to overeating, sluggishness, and poor concentration.

As I became aware of this, I naturally began to eat more slowly and reduce processed foods. I gained the inner strength to regulate myself.

As I continued this meditation, it felt as though my body was gradually being cleansed.

With clear breathing, my concentration improved significantly. I used to give up easily, but now I can persist and complete things by letting go of limiting thoughts.
