đź’¬ Real Meditation Story from Santa Clara Meditation

Many people live with constant worry—about the future, success, and whether their life is meaningful.

But what if you could live without anxiety, without overthinking, and without constantly comparing yourself to others?

This is a real meditation testimonial from a dentist who discovered a completely different way of living—by letting go of the mind that creates worry.

🕊️ Testimonial: I No Longer Worry About Things That Haven’t Happened

By Ho Gi B. | Dentist

I felt like my life was too predictable.

I always wanted a “special life,” but I found myself following a typical path—working at a general hospital, opening my own dental clinic, and imagining that I would eventually build a building, rent out the lower floor, and live and work upstairs until I turned sixty.

I didn’t like how ordinary my life felt. I desperately wanted something different, but I had no idea what that meant.

Even so, all I really did was play tennis every night. Somehow, I never got married.

Then one day, through my older brother, I was introduced to this meditation.

As I practiced, I felt that this method was so profound that even a Nobel Prize would not be enough to recognize it. As I let go of my mind little by little, I felt a deep sense of relief and clarity.

🔎 A Mind Full of Comparison, Stress, and Anxiety

I had a strong ego, stubbornness, and many attachments. I always felt I had to be better than others.

I constantly compared my clinic to others and pushed myself harder. I attended countless seminars and even traveled to overseas seminars to improve myself.

Whether I had many patients or few, I was always stressed. I felt anxious all the time, as if something was always missing.

After opening my clinic, I even lost weight from stress to the point that I didn’t look healthy.

But surprisingly, the very thoughts that used to torment me began to disappear.

Even though these “minds” are invisible, I couldn’t help but wonder how such a method was created.

🌿 Living Without Worry—This Is the Special Life I Was Looking For

Now, I feel truly happy.

At my clinic, I work together with three staff members. After practicing meditation, I began to change my actions first.

I started doing things myself—emptying trash, cleaning, and helping with tasks I once thought were only for employees.

We now eat together, and I even open my office to them freely.

Instead of a hierarchical relationship, we became colleagues.

As a result, the atmosphere naturally improved. Patients often say they feel calm and comfortable when they visit.

When I treat patients, I now feel that each person is a valuable connection, and I sincerely do my best for every single one.

In the past, I avoided difficult procedures—not because I couldn’t do them, but because they were troublesome. Now, I willingly take the time to do them.

I also used to avoid treating children because it required more effort and patience. Now, I treat children and adults the same.

✨ A Life Without Anxiety or Overthinking

I used to have constant thoughts—worrying about things that hadn’t even happened yet.

Even small mistakes would linger in my mind.

But now, I rarely have unnecessary thoughts. I no longer create worry in advance.

Even I find it amazing.

Because I live with a peaceful mind, my body has naturally become healthier. I’ve gained weight in a good way and look much better than before.

People around me say my face looks brighter and that I look younger every day.

Some even say I look like I’m in my early 30s. Maybe it’s because I’m still unmarried—but either way, it feels good to hear.
