How to Lose Weight
People gain weight because they do not move after eating food; this way, all of the food becomes extra weight.
If people eat adequately, move a lot, and exercise, they will not gain weight. Instead of eating as much food as you want, eat an appropriate amount, and exercise a lot. Eating adequately is when you eat just short of being full, and it is best to just eat three times a day and not in between. It also is not good to binge-eat after skipping meals, or eat too much of what you enjoy.
People who have a lot of thoughts in their minds have difficulty controlling their eating habits. When people are stressed, they tend to eat a lot and gain a lot of weight. If people eliminate their minds, which is the source of their thoughts, they will eat about, or less than, a third of what they used to eat and will not gain unnecessary weight.
