INTRODUCTION

✨ In this clear and direct teaching, Master Woo Myung explains why the human body cannot live forever. The body is formed by the conditions and harmony of Nature, and because it is bound by these conditionsβ€”including the finite number of cellsβ€”it must eventually disappear. While lifespans vary, the fundamental truth remains: the physical body is temporary, shaped and limited by Nature. 🌿

ORIGINAL WRITING BY MASTER WOO MYUNG

Can the Human Body Live Forever?

Man is born on Earth and it is there that he lives.
His human body is brought about by the harmony of the Universe –
by the conditions of Nature – and he lives on according to those conditions
until they, along with his body, are no more.
Therefore, when his life ends, he is dead,
for one’s lifespan is limited to that of his human body.

Although different bodies may have different lifespans
according to the different conditions of Nature in which they are placed,
the truth is that the body will eventually go away.
Since the lifespan of the human body depends
on the number of cells created in it,
its days are limited.
