1. Ma-eum Su-ryun Welcome Kit π
Like a welcome drink or a welcome cookie, this is a welcoming gift for those starting meditation for the first time.
Unlike other meditations, subtraction meditation involves a process of looking back and reflecting. Recording the mind you reflected upon during that process helps tremendously when doing subtraction meditation. You can see yourself very objectively. “Ah, today’s ‘me’ was created by the accumulation of this mind and that mind!” You come to realize this.
Just looking at your notes will also give you the motivation and desire to discard those minds quickly.

2. 2024 Remake Diary π
This is a must-have item for those pursuing self-growth and self-development. Ma-eum Su-ryun has created a diary just for you.
- It is a diary designed to be used for 3 months at a time.
- The size is 145 x 210 mm, which is exactly half the size of an A4 sheet of paper.
- The inner pages don’t bleed through much when using a ballpoint pen, and the off-white color is very easy on the eyes.
(Note: Someone even mentioned it was great because it made a perfect gift for their mother. It also includes Sudoku puzzles so you never get bored! ^^)
3. Focus On Sweatshirt (Crewneck) π
We are also selling shirts! They are meant for autumn, but because they have some thickness, you can easily wear them until early winter.
Just looking at the “Focus On One” logo makes you want to live diligently and gives you the motivation to focus and go all-in on the most important things without any distracting thoughts.
The shirts are domestically made (in Korea). We struggled a bit to find a manufacturer with excellent material, but we felt incredibly proud when our members received them and expressed their satisfaction. Although they are for autumn, if you wear thermal underwear underneath, they are perfect to wear even now during the winter. Because they are on the thicker side, they are just right for wearing under a padded jacket. (I am actually wearing the navy Focus On One shirt right now! ^^)
Available in 3 Colors: Oatmeal, Navy, and Black. The material varies slightly depending on the color:
- Navy and Black: 100% Cotton, giving them a very sturdy and durable feel.
- Oatmeal: 85% Cotton, 16% Polyester (Note: as written in the original), allowing you to feel a slightly softer texture.
