Why am I here? Who am I? What is Truth?

Have you ever asked the big questions: Why am I here? Who am I? What is Truth? 🌍
Mike M. began asking these questions as a child—and spent over 20 years searching the world for answers. From priests to psychics, shamans to spiritual guides, he met countless teachers. But no one gave him a real, lasting answer.

📖 Many spoke of books, teachings, and philosophies. But as Mike puts it, “They only recited what they had heard. No one had become Truth.”

It wasn’t until a chance encounter with this meditation and the teachings of Master Woo Myung that everything changed. In just two weeks, Mike began to experience answers—not memorize them. And for the first time, he truly understood the answer to the question “Who am I?”

💫 Through this meditation method, Mike didn’t just find temporary peace—he became the Truth he had searched for all along. No more stress, no more suffering—just clarity, completeness, and freedom.

💬 Testimonial: Reciting Is Not the Same as Becoming

By Mike M.

As a young boy, I constantly asked big questions about life.

“Why am I here?”

I asked my parents, teachers, and even the priest at my church, but I never felt that anyone could give me a clear or satisfying answer.

As I grew older, that question stayed with me.

As a young adult, I traveled extensively in search of answers. My search led me to many different religions, gurus, shamans, clairvoyants, hypnotists, spiritual guides, and healers.

Almost all of them spoke about enlightenment, awakening, Truth, or discovering one’s true self.

But whenever I asked the deeper question —

“How can I actually find Truth within myself?”

— I never found a method that created genuine transformation or answered my questions completely.

After years of searching, I slowly realized something disappointing:

Many people were simply repeating ideas they had read in books or heard from others.

They could speak about Truth philosophically, but very few seemed to have truly become Truth themselves.

And so my questions remained unanswered.

Why am I here?
What is Truth?
What is the purpose of life?

Still, I could not accept that there was no real answer.

Then one evening in Australia, while taking a late-night walk, I happened to come across a meditation center.

What immediately captured my attention was that the meditation instructor explained, in about twenty minutes, many of the spiritual concepts I had spent nearly twenty years searching for around the world.

But unlike the others, the explanation felt direct, practical, and grounded.

Most importantly, the instructor said something that deeply impacted me:

“You do not need to endlessly memorize scriptures or theories to understand Truth. You can become Truth itself.”

That idea completely changed my perspective.

The possibility that I could directly experience the answer rather than endlessly searching for it intellectually was the reason I immediately signed up.

And honestly, after only two weeks of practicing meditation, I experienced something extraordinary:

For the first time in my life, I began finding real answers to the question,

“Who am I?”

It felt like a miracle.

From that point on, I became completely committed to the practice.

With each level of meditation, deeper realizations and answers naturally unfolded within me. And after completing the full process, I finally experienced what I had been searching for all those years.

I understood why I was here.

And when that realization came, my entire perspective on life changed.

I want to sincerely say this:

Through this guided meditation practice, the existential questions that had burdened me for decades were finally answered.

Now, I live with far less stress, worry, fear, and suffering than ever before.

Honestly, it is difficult to fully describe this experience with words alone.

But if you have ever struggled with existential questions or felt lost searching for meaning in life, I genuinely encourage you not to spend decades wandering endlessly as I did.

Sometimes the first step is simply being willing to begin.

For me, this meditation truly changed everything.
