Throughout my life, I have experienced many losses, disappointments, and painful hardships.
No matter what happened, I always managed to keep moving forward. I believed that if I remained strong enough, I would eventually overcome every challenge.

The accumulation of frustration, pain, worry, anxiety, and despair gradually took its toll.
Deep down, I never believed that life was meant to be a constant struggle.
I didn’t believe we were put on this earth simply to fight our way through one obstacle after another.

🌱 Searching Everywhere for Peace and Healing
Over the years, I searched tirelessly for peace and healing.
I tried Tai Chi, yoga, self-help seminars, books, spiritual teachings, acupuncture, hypnosis, meditation practices, volunteer work, exercise, dance, crafts, extensive travel, and many other approaches.
Each one provided some degree of relief.
But the relief was always temporary.
No matter what I tried, I eventually found myself back in the same cycle of stress, disappointment, and emotional ups and downs.
The constant searching became exhausting.
Throughout my life, I accomplished many things.
I worked as a teacher.
I managed small businesses.
I served as a spiritual counselor.
I practiced healing work.
I volunteered in hospice care.
From the outside, my life appeared meaningful and successful.
