๐ก INTRODUCTION
What is worry from the perspective of Truth?
According to Master Woo Myung, the true Mind is perfectly still, like a calm lake, untouched by the waves of thought and emotion.
This still Mind is the state where the whole of creation is non-existentโbeyond the illusions of existence and non-existence.
๐ฟ Yet among all creations, only man has a restless mind, not knowing where he is headed.
In this writing, Master Woo Myung expresses the deep concern of Heaven itselfโa yearning for humans to awaken to Truth, so that His will may be realized.

๐ ORIGINAL WRITING BY MASTER WOO MYUNG
Worry
The still Mind is like a lake.
The still Mind is one in which
the whole of creation is non-existent.
The whole of creation is
the non-existent Mind and the non-existent heart.
Yet man alone has a tumultuous mind.
All creations come and go according to
the will of Heaven,
but man does not know if he is coming or going.
Meanwhile, I alone am Heaven,
and I alone am worried;
I am restless,
wondering when my will
will be conveyed to him.
