INTRODUCTION

šŸ’« Many traditions describe human beings as ā€œa small universe.ā€
In this teaching, Master Woo Myung clarifies that man is not merely a reflection of the Universe — he is the Universe itself.
Our bodies resemble Earth in structure, but our mind is the infinite Universe, the boundless energy that gives life to all.
To realize this is to awaken from illusion and live as the Universe’s original Energy and Light.
When the human mind becomes one with this vastness, the separation between man and the cosmos disappears — all is one living existence.

ORIGINAL WRITING BY MASTER WOO MYUNG

Why Is Man Called a ā€˜Small Universe’ and Is It Right to Call Him This?

Man is called a small Universe
because it is possible for man to have the Universe within him,
as well as become the Universe.

While man’s body is a small Universe that resembles Earth,
man himself is not just a small Universe
but the Universe itself.

It is said that all creations exist just as they are inside man
but this is only man’s point of view.
When man dies after having been born in the Universe,
he returns to the Universe; likewise,
the Universe exists, just as it is, in man.
It is not man’s thoughts that allow the Universe to exist.
The Universe stays within man.

Man is not a small Universe
but he is the Universe itself just as it is.
Man’s mind is the Universe.

REFLECT AT SANTA CLARA MEDITATION

🌌 When Master Woo Myung says man is the Universe, he reveals the deepest truth of existence — that the human mind and the cosmic mind are one.
Through meditation, we discard the limited self that sees separation and awaken to the infinite consciousness that already exists within.
Man’s mind is not inside his body — rather, the body exists within the boundless mind of the Universe.
ā˜€ļø To awaken to this reality is to live eternally as Truth itself, the Universe that is without beginning or end.
