Telepathy is carried out by the mind, which is metaphysical. Telepathy is sent by the movement of a person’s mind so only a person whose mind is empty is sensitive enough for telepathy. The reason telepathy can be sent is because human minds do not originally exist. Thus, when one’s self does not exist, he can know another person’s mind because their minds become the same.
