In this teaching, Master Woo Myung explains that a truly well-lived life is not measured by achievements or comfort, but by living without attachments. ๐ŸŒฟ
When the self and its burdens disappear, life flows naturally within natureโ€™s order.

ORIGINAL WRITING BY MASTER WOO MYUNG

What kind of a life is a well-lived life?

The way for a person to live well is to enter into natureโ€™s flow and behave like a true human being. It is no easy feat to completely eliminate oneโ€™s self and live without it, but it can be said that a life that is lived without attachments to life is a truly well-lived life.

All people have agonies, suffering, and heavy burdens in their lives, but when a person eliminates his self and does not bear those burdens, he is living a good life.

It is human to speak grand words but behave differently when he meets circumstances that demand sacrifice or encroach on him or his life. When oneโ€™s self no longer exists, the conflicts in his life disappear and he is no longer attached to his life. This is a well-lived life.
