💡 INTRODUCTION

Do miracles, flying saints, or supernatural powers really exist?

According to Master Woo Myung, these are delusions created by the human mind. People imagine someone coming down from the clouds, or that a dead person might return from Heaven, but such ideas are illusions rooted in man’s false self.

🌍 Truth is what exists as it is—just as we see it. Man cannot fly because he has no wings. The world runs according to the natural order of the Universe, and there is no “magic” outside of that.

✨ But what is a true miracle?
It is when falseness becomes Truth. It is not about supernatural powers, but about becoming one with the Soul and Spirit of the Universe—to live eternally as the Universe itself.

🌿 Dō (도, 道) is not about gaining abilities or performing miracles. It is about discarding the self and coming to know the living Universe as it is.

The World Is As You See It, Just As It Exists

Many people believe there are people in the world with rare abilities such as flying, walking on water, travelling over long distances within a short span of time, or some other supernatural ability. People are full of delusions – some people believe someone will come to the world on a cloud, or that a dead person will come back to the world from heaven. Only man lives with these kinds of delusional thoughts because he has delusions in his mind.

Truth is the world just as you see it, just as it exists. Man cannot fly because he does not have wings. He does not have any special powers and he cannot perform miracles. Everything lives and dies in the way that they have been placed in the world according to the universal order of nature. However a person who has been born with the Soul and Spirit of the Universe will live eternally in the world of the Universe that is true.

A true miracle is to make what is false become something real. Everything that is made and everything that exists, is made and exists through its karmic ties. What was formed without conditions or reason – to simply just be formed – will just live according to its form and shape, the way it was formed. It will live according to its surrounding conditions.

Dō is not about gaining something that benefits oneself or about gaining special abilities. It is about eliminating one’s self, and getting to know the Universe as it is. It is about knowing that the Universe is alive. Only he who has been born into Truth will not try to gain abilities or perform miracles. He will not pretend to know about supernatural things, which are in any case incorrect.
