INTRODUCTION
โจ In this profound teaching, Master Woo Myung explains that cleansing the mind means eliminating both karma (the memories accumulated through life) and habits (the body). When these are completely discarded, the Land of Truthโthe state of God, the origin and source beyond the human mindโis revealed. ๐ฟ
God is the one eternal state, known in many names: Haneol, Jung and Shin, Sambhogakฤya and Dharmakฤya, the Holy Ghost and Holy Father. When a person reaches this state, he transcends life and death and lives in the true Land of Truth. ๐

The Place of God
Listen all of you!
Your karma is
the memories of the life you have lived,
while your habits are your body.
Thus to cleanse your mind means
to abandon and eliminate your karma
as well as your body.
When you do so,
the Land of Truth, or in other words, the state of God โ
the state that is before and beyond your mind,
the state that is the source of the Universe โ
will be revealed.
God is the one God.
God is the โHaneol.โ
God is the โJung (Body)โ and the โShin (Mind).โ
God is the Sambhogakฤya and the Dharmakฤya.
God is the Holy Ghost and the Holy Father.
God is a state โ
a state which creates and collects
all creations of the universe.
This is the state which the saints spoke of.
A person who has reached this state
lives in the Land of Truth.
Life and death would be one for him;
there would be no life or death.
A person who has yet to be born into the world
and who has yet to be born as Truth,
is a person who is trapped in his grave and is thus dead.
Death is the absence of consciousness because
the consciousness is absent of life.
This is why existence and non-existence of man
are both dependent upon his consciousness.
A person whose consciousness does not become Truth
is a person who is dead;
he will undergo samsฤra,
or in other words, his consciousness will become
the maya of his karma and habits.
A person who has been reborn as Truth
lives in Truth.
A person who has been born on to the earth
lives on the earth
and thus lives in hell.
He who lives in true Paradise
is one who has become Truth.
All creations are one with God and Buddha.
All creations were made to resemble God and Buddha
by the Mind, which is the Consciousness.
The Consciousness knows the will of the Universe.
The Consciousness is Truth.
A person who has cleansed his mind
will become reborn as Truth.
In other words, he will become reborn as
the eternal Buddha
and live.
Man seeks to gain everything from outside of himself,
but Truth does not exist there.
Man must search within himself by cleansing his mind.
And he who has done this and has thus reached Truth
will be in want of nothing;
so his body and mind will be rich.
It is only when
he has abandoned and eliminated his self
and has found the original โJung (Body)โ and โShin (Mind)โ
that he will have reached Truth.
