INTRODUCTION

People often search for Truth in places that appear grand, sacred, or extraordinary. Yet Master Woo Myung teaches that Truth is never found in the dramatic or the specialโ€”it exists quietly in the ordinary, the everyday moments we easily overlook.

Just as people fail to recognize that Truth exists within their own minds, they also fail to see that the extraordinary is hidden inside the ordinary.
This teaching reminds us that enlightenment is not about seeking something far away, but about awakening to what has always been right beside usโ€”and within us. โœจ

ORIGINAL WRITING BY MASTER WOO MYUNG

The Ordinary

Truth is not something that is within
the grandiose and beautiful;
it is not within the things
people envy.
It is in the ordinary and commonplace.
Truth is something that is right next to us;
people do not know Truth exists in oneโ€™s mind
and in the same way,
they seek Truth ignorant of the fact
that the extraordinary exists in the ordinary.
