INTRODUCTION

✨ In this teaching, Master Woo Myung explains the true role of the sun, its lifespan, and why it exists in relation to Earth. Although the sun is a massive body of gas, and many other stars in the Universe resemble it, the sun’s purpose is unique because only Earth sustains life.
Thus, the sun exists for the Earth, and its lifespan is tied directly to Earth’s existence—revealing a deeper understanding of heaven’s providence. 🌿

ORIGINAL WRITING BY MASTER WOO MYUNG

What is the sun composed of and what is its role? How long is its lifespan and is there another sun in the universe that is similar?

The sun is composed of a huge mass of gas. It was created for the Earth, and this is its role. Although there are many stars in the universe that are similar to the sun, only the Earth has living creatures and people living on it. The Earth is the reason for the sun’s existence.
Its lifespan differs from that of other stars. This is because it exists for the Earth; it will disappear when the Earth disappears for it will no longer be needed. However, it will continue to exist for as long as the Earth exists. Such is the providence of heaven.
