Introduction
β¨ In this insightful teaching, Master Woo Myung explores the difference between the stories created by the human mind and the reality that truly exists.
Human beings often live surrounded by countless stories β traditions, beliefs, memories, and interpretations passed down through generations. While these stories may appear meaningful, Master Woo Myung explains that many of them are merely illusions created by the human mind. π
According to his perspective, the true world is very different from the world shaped by human narratives and interpretations. In the true world, life simply exists as it is, without the distortions created by personal judgments, emotions, and attachments.
Through this teaching, Master Woo Myung encourages people to awaken from the dreamlike stories of the mind and discover the living reality of the world β a reality where one lives naturally, in harmony with the flow of nature and the Universe. πΏ
ORIGINAL WRITING BY MASTER WOO MYUNG
Stories and Real Life
Old stories are just stories;
they are just illusions.
Many stories are handed down,
and many stories are told;
but they are indeed just stories.
Such stories which the human mind has made seem real,
but they are not real;
they are merely what the mind has made.
Countless stories are totally false,
and countless stories are totally meaningless;
they are useless because they are not real.
Old stories are mere stories now
and will continue to be mere stories in the future.
Stories and what really exists are different;
stories are nothing more than just stories
and that which really lives is real.
Everything which really exists exists as it is and lives;
those who know this are those who know the difference
between stories and real life.
Knowing this is for those
who have become Truth and who have become real.
A true person knows that stories are false,
and he has awakened from the stories, from the dreams.
Those who live in the illusions of made-up stories
should awaken from their dream
and come out into the true world and live.
In the true world, there are no stories of illusions.
In the true world, all live life as is.
It is the world without human resentment and bitterness,
without hatred or love, and without likes or dislikes.
It is the world without false stories, false words, and false dreams.
When man lives in the bright world,
he becomes the bright world itself.
He lives as one with the world;
he lives a life of seeing as is and living as is.
He who becomes the universe
lives in the universe with the universe in him.
He lives a life of natureβs flow without the mind that he lives.
He lives like wind, and he lives like water.
Only he who lives a life of nature by becoming nature itself
knows what stories really are.

πΏ Reflect at Santa Clara Meditation
At Santa Clara Meditation, practitioners reflect on teachings from Master Woo Myung that encourage awakening from the stories and illusions created by the human mind.
Through meditation, individuals begin to observe how memories, beliefs, and interpretations shape their perception of reality.
π As the accumulated mind is gradually released, practitioners may experience a deeper awareness where life is seen as it truly is, beyond the narratives and judgments created by the mind.
In this state, life flows naturally, and one begins to live in harmony with the Universe and the natural order of existence.
