Why do we hesitate?
According to Master Woo Myung, hesitation comes from a mind full of thoughts and motivations. True action can only happen when the body and mind are unified, and when there is no mind within the mind.
When the false self, formed by lingering thoughts, disappears, only then can one act with true single-mindedness.
Through Santa Clara Meditation, learn to discard the false mind and live with clarity and resolve.

📝 ORIGINAL WRITING BY MASTER WOO MYUNG
Single-mindedness
A mind that hesitates has many motivations,
and actions with many thoughts
and motivations are not true.
A true action is one that is just carried out
as things are,
which can happen when there is unity of body
and mind.
A person with many thoughts cannot succeed
in this world;
in order to succeed, there must be no minds inside
one’s mind.
When man dies, his thoughts remain
and these thoughts form his self.
This is what the individual self is.
Bound by his own self, there is no escape,
and only the mind of hesitation remains in his mind.
