INTRODUCTION
✨ In this brief yet profound teaching, Master Woo Myung explains sin not as a moral or religious concept, but as the mind one has accumulated while living. Everything a person has seen, heard, thought, and stored becomes sin because it is falseness—an accumulation of karma and habits that bind the mind. 🌿
He further explains original sin as the mind inherited even before birth: the delusions, limitations, and shapes received from one’s parents. To live free of sin means to live free of karma and habits, and this liberation comes only by completely abandoning both one’s life and one’s body—the false self that creates suffering. 🌌
ORIGINAL WRITING BY MASTER WOO MYUNG
Sin
One’s sin is
the life one has lived.
The mind one has come to have
while living his life
is sin.
Original sin is
what one has come to have
even before one was born;
it is the mind that stems from
the delusions of one’s parents –
the mind which is confined to one’s shape.
To live free of one’s sin means
to live free of one’s karma and habits.
To do this,
one must abandon one’s life
as well as one’s body.

REFLECT AT SANTA CLARA MEDITATION
At Santa Clara Meditation, practitioners learn how to discard the accumulated mind—the life lived, karma, habits, and inherited shapes—so they may awaken to the original mind. 🌠Through this cleansing, one becomes free from sin and returns to Truth.
