INTRODUCTION

🌊 Sagara-mudra-samadhi describes the profound stillness of a person who has completely become Truth. In this state, the mind is free of kleshasβ€”free of questions, doubts, and inner turbulence. Master Woo Myung explains that this serene constancy arises only when the human self disappears and God’s mind fills one’s consciousness. 🌟

Sagara-Mudra-Samadhi

β€˜Sagara-mudra-samadhi’ refers to the klesha-less state
of a person who has become Truth;
it refers to the still and constant state of mind in which
one is cut off from all things –
such a state being the Mind of Truth.

A mind that has become the Mind of Truth
is one that has reached sagara-mudra-samadhi.
Truth has no discernment of right and wrong
and is cut off from all things.

Therefore when one’s mind has become Truth,
he no longer has any questions, doubts, or suspicions;
he no longer has anything in his mind
and so he has no kleshas;
he no longer has a mind of his own
and so Truth dwells in his thought-mass,
allowing him stillness and constancy.

A person in whom God dwells is one who is in
true sagara-mudra-samadhi.
In other words, he whose self has disappeared
and has wholly become God
is one who has reached sagara-mudra-samadhi.
