π‘ INTRODUCTION
Why do people feel restricted in life? π
According to Master Woo Myung, restrictions come from the mind. The mind is a continuation of the mood of the life one has lived, and this becomes karma. Karma turns into a burden, burdens become restrictions, and restrictions turn into confinementβthe opposite of freedom.
β¨ These karmic restrictions are not external, but come from within oneβs own mind. πΏ To find true freedom, one must be liberated from the mind and return to the place of Truth.

Restrictions
Minds make people suffer,
because minds are a continuation
of the mood of the life one lived.
The mood of his life becomes his karma.
Karma is a type of burden;
and burden is a restriction of freedom;
and restriction is a kind of confinement.
Confinement is the opposite of freedom –
it is to be bound within something.
These things are karma and burdens of the mind.
All people must be liberated
and return to where they should be,
in order to go towards Truth.
