π INTRODUCTION
β¨ In this profound teaching, Master Woo Myung explains the true meaning of being reborn as the Holy Spiritβnot as a symbolic belief, but as the complete disappearance of the false mind and the rebirth of the true Soul and Spirit. πΏ
He reveals that real rebirth happens while we are alive, when all false minds are cleansed and the mind becomes one with the world of Truth. π
This message shows that eternal life is not something that comes after death, but something that must begin now. π

What Being Reborn as the Holy Spirit Means
Being reborn, resurrected, and born again as the Holy Spirit, all have the same meaning. When it is said one cannot live unless he is reborn by water and the Holy Spirit, it means man is a sinner and is dead. The water represents the washing away of oneβs sins; this is the reason some places still baptize people with water. This does not mean that sin is actually washed away by the water; it represents the method with which one can wash away his sins. Man must wash away his sins for the Holy Spirit to be within him. To wash away sin is to eliminate all false minds made by copying the world.
When these sins do not exist, then one becomes Godβs mind, the mind of the Creator, the origin and Truth. He must become one with the mind of the world, and be reborn, resurrected, from the world. He is reborn as the Holy Spirit when his Soul and Spirit is reborn in the kingdom of Truth.
Man believes that in the true world, he will continue to live as he is. However, while his appearance may stay the same, it is not the false self but his true self that is reborn as the Soul and Spirit of Truth in the kingdom where the self has become one with the mind of the world. This is rebirth as the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the Soul and Spirit of Truth, which has been reborn. It is to be reborn within oneβs self, in the world where the mind has become one with the world. He who is born in the kingdom of Truth, beyond the death of the false self becomes the forever-living, never-dying immortal. Therefore, even when his material body disappears, he lives forever.
There is nothing material in this world that lasts forever. All material things come from the origin and return to the origin. This is the way of the world. However, only the master of the kingdom of Truth, through his words, has the ability to give man new birth in the kingdom of Truth, the origin, because he is life itself.
The meaning of being reborn as the Holy Spirit is to be reborn as the soul of the Holy Spirit in the land of the Holy Spirit, which is the origin and Truth, by repenting all of oneβs sins. One must have the land of the Holy Spirit in his mind while he is living and only he whose true Soul and Spirit is resurrected in the land of the Holy Spirit that is within him while he is living, will live.
This Soul and Spirit exists within you even when your body is alive. It is the child of God who exists in heaven, and so even when the body dies it exists forever, without death. Man must live in heaven, while he is still alive. Only he who has gone to heaven while he is living can have eternal life; one whose mind is the false world is a false person, therefore he will die forever.
We must become real and true while we are living, and be reborn as the Holy Spirit. Repenting your sins should become the greatest priority, for he who is absolved of all his sins has the true mind and the right to be born in the land of Truth.
Rebirth, resurrection, being born again as the Holy Spirit is the disappearance of oneβs false mind world and consequently, as the real mind of the world is within his self, oneβs birth in that land of Truth. Such a person is one who is reborn as the Holy Spirit. When your false self dies and you go beyond your false world, that is, when the false world disappears, what is real remains. Being reborn as the Holy Spirit is to be born in the real world.
