πŸ“– Introduction

🌌 Many speak of Heaven, the Kingdom of God, or the Realm of the Maitreya as distant or mystical destinations. Yet according to Master Woo Myung, these realms cannot be reached through intellectual understanding or desire.

True wisdom is not memory or accumulated knowledge. ✨ It is awakening beyond one’s head-based thinking and surrendering the self entirely. Only through wholehearted repentance and letting go of countless karma and kleshas can one reach the true realm.

The Realm of the Maitreya is not found by seekingβ€”it is realized by surrender.

The Realm of the Maitreya

We learn from a young age that
living a life with a leisurely mind is insufficient.
This is true,
but it is when you are not present in life
that you are living in the true world.
People speak of how all things are brought forth
and how creation is brought forth from the true world,
but such ideas are their own childish notions.

Creation is not brought forth;
it remains as it is but people think it flows and changes;
their eyes constantly discern what is what,
which is why even though creation is one
it becomes many.
Thus man lives within numerous delusions.

Listen!
For now is the time for you to gain wisdom.
True wisdom is knowledge, is it not?
True knowledge is not the knowledge of one’s head β€”
not one’s ability to remember β€”
for that would be the knowledge of
your own impressions and experiences.
You look to Heaven with a snake-like heart.
The realm of the Maitreya,
the Kingdom of God,
and the Land of the β€˜Jung-dō-ryung (正道什)’
are not to be taken lightly.

One must break free from his countless past lives
in order to reach Heaven.
But man seeks to do so with his cunning.
One can only reach Heaven
when he repents whole-heartedly and sincerely.
But man tries to reach Heaven with his head;
he covets this realm of the Maitreya.
This realm does not exist in his head.
Man searches for it,
but what he does not know is that
this is a place that can only be found
once one surrenders himself over.

Swamped in countless karma,
he covets the realm of the Maitreya.
Swamped in countless kleshas,
he covets the realm of the Maitreya.

🌠 Reflect at Santa Clara Meditation

At Santa Clara Meditation, Heaven is not conceptualβ€”it is transformational. 🌿

The mind that calculates and covets cannot enter the Realm of the Maitreya. Only a surrendered heart, free of karma and kleshas, can awaken to it.

Heaven is not achieved by intellect.
It is realized through repentance and surrender.
True wisdom begins when the head becomes silent.
