Why do we fail to stay disciplined—even when we know what’s right?
Master Woo Myung teaches that true discipline cannot exist within a false mind.
The only way to become truly disciplined is to discard the countless conflicting thoughts within and become the mind of Truth.
When you become that mind, you don’t just act with discipline—you become discipline itself. That is the ultimate form of self-discipline.

Real Self-Discipline: How to Build Self-Discipline and Make It Possible
Even the most inspiring quotes or sayings cannot be put into action if your mind is filled with falseness. Although people try to act according to these great words, they end up failing because the thought that they should do so only lasts for a moment. This is because there are countless minds within the self, which make self-discipline impossible.
The only way to have self-discipline is to change to the mind of Truth after discarding your own mind. You are then discipline itself. You are complete, and you are a complete person without any inadequacies. Therefore, one is discipline itself without even the mind of discipline. You become complete when you discard your mind, which is illusionary. This is the ultimate self-discipline.
