β¨ Introduction
π€ In this thought-provoking teaching, Master Woo Myung explains the true distinction between a person and a ghost.
A real person is one who lives in the true world, while a ghost is an illusionβa being that exists only within a self-created mind world. π«οΈ
This teaching reveals that what people perceive as reality may actually be a copied illusion, and true existence begins only when one lives in the complete world of Truth. πβ¨

The Definition of a Person and a Ghost
He who lives in the world is a person, a true person.
He who does not live in the world is a non-existent illusion, a ghost.
A person is born and lives in the world
while a ghost is not born in the world.
There are no ghosts in the world:
a ghost does not live in the world
but in its mind it has a world copied of the true world,
and in this illusionary picture, it too lives as an illusionary picture.
So a ghost does not exist, although it may seem to exist,
for it does not live in the complete world
but lives instead in the land of pictures.
