ORIGINAL WRITING BY MASTER WOO MYUNG
What is the difference between ordinary dreams and taemongs, which are dreams of particular significance about the child dreamt during the pregnancy?
Interpretations of dreams can be correct because dreams are an expression of a personβs mind, but they are not always right. The reason expectant mothers dream taemongs is because a baby is a present or blessing from heaven, and the original self gives us certain signs about the child about to be born. It is possible to know the childβs fate through the signs given in a taemong.
However, it is difficult for ordinary people to interpret taemongs. One can know a childβs fate through taemongs because the real self is Truth and therefore, foresight by the real self is true.
