INTRODUCTION
🕊️ Many believe that enlightenment is achieved only through still meditation or deep contemplation.
However, Master Woo Myung teaches that the true state of ‘no concepts and no ideas’ is not a posture but a way of being —
a state where the self no longer exists even while one moves, breathes, and lives daily life.
It is the mind that has no thoughts, no attachments, and no distinctions,
yet it is fully alive — existing as the infinite, boundless Truth itself.
ORIGINAL WRITING BY MASTER WOO MYUNG
What Is the State of ‘No Concepts and No Ideas’?
The state of ‘no concepts and no ideas’ is to be without any thoughts whatsoever;
when one is alive but has no self within his thoughts;
when one is not bound to any ideas at all.
Such is the complete state of ‘no concepts and no ideas’.
It is a misconception that such a state can only be achieved
or happen when one sits cross-legged with his eyes closed.
This practice is only a means to go towards Truth
and it is not the true state of ‘no concepts and no ideas’.
A true state of ‘no concepts and no ideas’
is when there is absolutely no self
even while one moves, breathes, and lives his daily life.

REFLECT AT SANTA CLARA MEDITATION
🌿 The true state of no concepts and no ideas is not about stopping thought by force,
but about eliminating the self that produces thoughts.
When one’s mind is completely free from self-centered ideas and concepts,
he moves as nature does — effortlessly, harmoniously, and without inner conflict.
This is the living state of enlightenment,
where one’s consciousness has become one with the great mind of the Universe. ✨
