✨ INTRODUCTION
In this teaching, Master Woo Myung explains that Heaven has always been perfect because it was created by God, who is perfect. Yet if man cannot enter Heaven due to his false consciousness, he cannot live in Paradise. When one discards the self and becomes one with God, Heaven is born within—and this is the new Heaven and new earth.
Although Heaven has existed from the beginning, it becomes new because man is reborn into it. When the false self disappears and one becomes Heaven itself, one gains eternal life, living where all things are eternally alive. 🌌

A New Heaven and a New Earth
When God originally created the Universe, it was perfect because God is perfect. God is the Whole, and from His point of view, the Universe has always been perfectly Heaven and Paradise since the beginning. But what is the point of there being a Heaven if man is unable to enter it because his consciousness is not one with God? It is when man’s consciousness has reached perfection that a new Heaven and a new earth will exist inside him, and it is because man is now able to have Heaven inside him, that this Heaven and earth are indeed brand new. It is the same Heaven that has always existed, but since man is reborn into it, this makes it an entirely new world.
There is the Bible verse, “Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” What this means is that Heaven has always been complete and so everything is alive therein for everything is Truth; it means that the whole world is everlasting Paradise. On earth, however, man is dead due to his karmic sins, which is why this verse asks for fulfillment on earth as that of Heaven.
When one’s self no longer exists in one’s own consciousness, one becomes Heaven itself, which is God, and thus has eternal life. Heaven is where all things are alive, which is why it is Heaven for sure. Die though he may, he who dies for God will never cease to be but will live born in Heaven. In other words, he who has repented, has been redeemed of his sins, and has become rid of his self will live in the new Heaven and new earth.
