How to Naturally Boost Your Immune System
In order to boost their immune systems, people do many things such as adopting vegetarian diets, eating foods that enhance immunity, or taking medicine. However, because they do not stay consistent, they can sometimes get sick.
The best way to boost immunity is to ensure good circulation of qi (energy) and blood. In order to improve circulation, discard the mind, which is stress. Then, the circulation will improve throughout your entire body, and so will your immunity.
Since the body and mind are one, when you have a comfortable and peaceful mind, your body has the strongest immunity. The best way to boost your immunity is to get rid of the human mind, which is stress, and change to the mind of the world, which is the big mind.
