INTRODUCTION
✨ In this reflective teaching, Master Woo Myung explains that everything in existence lives according to its image, and within that image resides its Mind. Whether human or creation, all beings act only according to the image they have formed. The Mind is born from one’s environment, and it becomes the basis for how one lives, thinks, and exists.
Ultimately, all creations are the Jung and Shin—the pure existence and wondrous existence—brought forth by yin and yang, the Holy Ghost and the Holy Father. All beings arise within Haneol, the origin where the true Body and Mind exist. 🌌
ORIGINAL WRITING BY MASTER WOO MYUNG
The Mind Exists in the Image
Life is like flowing water.
Water undulates in the wind.
It sloshes and crashes.
Its stories are the same as man’s:
as he lives his life,
man will come across a cow, a monk,
and other countless events.
They are what constitute his life.
They are his existence.
Everything that exists
lives according to its image.
Within its image is where the Mind resides,
and it is according to this Mind that it lives.
Its Mind is its image.
Be it man or the rest,
all creations are only able to act and live
according to their images.
No matter what it may be that is being created,
the Mind is what is born
depending on the environment.
Thus all creations of the universe are
the children of Buddha and God;
all creations are the ‘Jung (Body)’ and ‘Shin (Mind)’ –
the ‘pure existence’ and the ‘wondrous existence.’
All creations are brought forth by
the yin and the yang;
the Sambhogakāya and the Dharmakāya;
the Holy Ghost and the Holy Father.
It is within the ‘Haneol (God)’
that the Jung and the Shin exist.

REFLECT AT SANTA CLARA MEDITATION
At Santa Clara Meditation, practitioners reflect on how the Mind is shaped by one’s image and environment—and how returning to the original Jung and Shin reveals the true nature of existence. 🌠
