INTRODUCTION

โœจ Many people feel overwhelmed by hardship and wonder about the meaning of life, especially when their suffering feels heavier than anyone elseโ€™s. In this compassionate teaching, Master Woo Myung explains that people live inside their own self-made mind world, filled with karma, inherited habits, and the bodyโ€”creating a false world like a dream.

As long as one lives within this false mind, unresolved questions, doubts, burdens, and suffering follow. But when the false mind is discarded, the true mind of Truth emergesโ€”clear, eternal, and free. In this state, lifeโ€™s meaning becomes evident, and one comes to know the ways of the world. ๐ŸŒฟ๐ŸŒ…

ORIGINAL WRITING BY MASTER WOO MYUNG

I Have Experienced Many Hardships in Life. I Want to Find the Meaning of Life in This Grueling Life.

Every person lives life thinking that his own burdens are the heaviest; however, there are many other people in the world who have bigger struggles than oneself. Since people are living inside their own mind world, which overlaps this world, they are living in a false world, which is like a dream. In your mind world, there is the karma that was created from the life lived, which no one else has except for you, and then there are habits and the body, inherited from the ancestors. When you discard and eliminate these, the real Truth exists within you. The reason why people have curiosities, unresolved questions, doubts, suffering, and burden is because of their self-made minds. When you discard these, only the true mind remains. Then, you will no longer have curiosities, unresolved questions, doubts, suffering, or burden. You can know all the ways of the world and you will realize that since you have become Truth, you will eternally never die. If you are to eliminate your false mind and become the true mind of Truth, you need the meditation in which you throw away your mind.
