INTRODUCTION

🌌 In this poetic writing, Master Woo Myung reflects on the sorrow of a world that still clings to useless delusions. Even when people come to know (Truth), they remain wretched if any trace of the human mind remains.

✨ This teaching reveals that the age of polarity — superiority, inferiority, and self-importance — has ended, and that a new age of reconciliation is arriving. To live, one must learn to let go, as taught by Master Woo Myung.

ORIGINAL WRITING BY MASTER WOO MYUNG

My Song

The years pass.
Though one may come to know ‘dō (Truth),’
he is a wretched being
if he still has any of his human mind left.

No one seems to know
what I have come to this world to do
and the things I have done.
Amidst this ignorance,
people are unable to let go of
the useless delusions of this world.
As I look upon such wretched people,
a sense of futility digs into my Mind.
But I sing without having any thoughts in my Mind.

It seems to be my fate to teach man that
the countless stories he has in this world
are all meaningless.
Thus I do the work of the Universe absent of mind.
There are only wretched minds in this world,
no one here seems to understand my purpose.

People are ignorant of the fact that the age in which
man deems himself superior, inferior,
or singular in his importance —
the age of polarity —
has ended
and that a new age of reconciliation is coming.
Indeed it is regrettable that people still cling to
their old habits from the previous age.
What they must realize is that in order to live
they must let go.
