I’m Looking for a Way to Let Go of My Stress
The stress people have comes from the mind world that they possess. The human mind is made of the karma from the life the individual has lived as well as the mind and body, which are habits received from one’s ancestors. So, when you eliminate this mind itself, the stress disappears. People have a false, self-centered mind within their minds and this is where the stress comes from. Therefore, once you discard this, the stress disappears.
