๐ก INTRODUCTION
๐ค How can human beings, surrounded by Truth, remain so ignorant of it?
In this introspective and quietly powerful piece, Master Woo Myung reflects on how man does not know what life is, what divinity is, or even what the Universe truly means.
Despite living in a world that sings of Truth, man still sees only with human eyes and fails to recognize the eternal presence among them.
๐ Even those closest to himโhis coworkers, his familyโdo not know. They go on with their lives, thinking of nothing deeper, disconnected from awareness, unable to perceive what is beyond form.
โจ โWhether I come or go, I have always remained as I am since the beginning.โ
Yet people see only a man, not the existence beyond time, nor do they ask where such a being has come from, or where he is going.

Knowing and Not Knowing
Man does not know that
in the state where familiar faces join hand in hand
and sing songs of Truth,
Man is not man.
Thus no other creature in the world
could be more ignorant than man.
It is funny how
neither the people at the institute where I used to work
nor my own family members know.
They do not know what life is,
what a divine being is,
what Heaven is,
or what the Universe is.
They think about nothing
and just go on with their lives.
Whether I come or go,
I have always remained as I am since the beginning.
But people see me as being human.
They do not know where I have come from
or where I will go.

๐ฑ REFLECT AT SANTA CLARA MEDITATION
๐๏ธ At Santa Clara Meditation, we confront the painful truth that people live without knowing what matters most.
By discarding the false human mind, we begin to recognize what has always been present: the eternal being, the divine existence, the Universe within.
๐ก True knowing comes not from study, but from the emptying of the selfโonly then can one see clearly and understand what is eternal.
