Our suffering does not come from the worldβ€”it comes from the klesha, the false thoughts within our own minds. 🧠

In this focused and powerful insight, Master Woo Myung reveals that the ignorant mind is filled with kleshaβ€”the delusional demons that arise from a lack of true wisdom. These inner impurities shape our judgments, generate conflict, and create false notions of right and wrong based solely on limited, personal experiences.

While the ignorant are trapped in constant thinking and turmoil, the wise live free from such internal chaos. They exist in a state of great repose, having cast off the root of false thoughts.

Through Santa Clara Meditation, one learns how to recognize, confront, and discard klesha, returning to a clear and peaceful state of mind without judgment, conflict, or delusion. 🌿

Klesha

Those who are ignorant have false, delusional thoughts, or β€˜klesha’, and such ignorance is due to the absence of wisdom. Man is full of his own delusional demons, and therefore, his thoughts are the representations of whatever klesha he harbors inside. It is in his mind that man judges and makes a fuss over whether things are right or wrong based on his own experiences. The wise live with no such thoughts; they just live in great repose.
