It’s hard to quit habits like smoking, drugs, and alcohol.
But what if the key isn’t in fighting the addiction, but in removing the self that needs it?
In this clear and compassionate message, Master Woo Myung shares how true healing begins when the false mind is discarded and the self returns to the Origin.
From that place, change comes naturally. Freedom becomes real.

How to Quit Smoking, Drugs, and Alcohol
It is very difficult for people to just quit smoking, drugs, and alcohol.
When a person eliminates all the anecdotes of smoking, drugs, and alcohol in his mind and his self, he returns to the Origin. When one is reborn from the Origin, the self who used to smoke, do drugs, and drink alcohol disappears. At that time, he quits when told, “The way to quit smoking, doing drugs, and drinking alcohol is to just stop doing it.” I have seen this to be the case for many people. For those who cannot quit, they all quit when they are asked, “Are you going to let the cigarette, drugs, and alcohol get the best of you?”
