INTRODUCTION
β¨ In How to Not Be Bored, Master Woo Myung explains that boredom is not caused by a lack of activity, but by the state of the mind itself. While having something to do can distract from boredom, the true cause lies deeperβin the mind that creates feelings of emptiness and loneliness. π
πΏ He teaches that the most effective solution is not entertainment or stimulation, but removing the source of the mind that produces boredom. When the root of that mind disappears, boredom and loneliness naturally vanish. π
The remedy, therefore, is the meditation of eliminating the false mind, allowing one to live fully without the sense of lack. β¨
