✨ Introduction
❤️ Many people believe that loving themselves means protecting, pleasing, and affirming the self.
🧠 However, according to Master Woo Myung, what people love is often the false self formed by habits, memories, and illusions.
🌿 This attachment prevents people from discovering their true self and true life.
📖 As expressed in the Bible, those who try to preserve the false self cannot truly live—but those who let it go can find eternal life and Truth.
✨ True self-love is not holding onto the self, but letting go of the false self and becoming Truth.

How to Love Yourself
Humans are incomplete and have lived their lives in a self-centered way; being only concerned with themselves.
People live in a world where they are only concerned with their incomplete selves.
Humans have such love and affection for the illusion that they cannot have it in their minds to try to understand and love that which belongs to others.
Despite their love for their false selves, they end up dying because they are false.
They end up dying without their lives having had any meaning or significance.
In the Bible, it says that those who try to die will live, and those who try to live will die.
This means that when your self, which is false, dies, you can go to Truth, be born as Truth, and live.
Therefore, instead of keeping your false self, discard it, become true, and live eternally.
Surely, this would be the way to truly love yourself?
The only way to love yourself is to discard the self who is false and find your true self.
Only those who repent are the ones who truly love themselves.
