Longevity Secrets: How to Live Longer
If a person wants to live a long life, one must always have an accepting mind. Only then, will one be able to live long. One who has a negative mind is constantly stressed, so qi (energy) and blood cannot circulate well throughout the entire body. In this way, one cannot live a long life.
One who has thrown away all the self-centered minds and stress has a positive mind and therefore can live long. So one will naturally eat and exercise adequately because one has wisdom.
