INTRODUCTION
✨ In How to Have Confidence, Master Woo Myung explains that confidence is not personality, pride, or positive thinking. True confidence arises when one has the capability to handle the work one is doing without inner doubt. 🌌
🌿 He reveals that lack of confidence comes from worries about the future, which are rooted in past failures and the sense of inferiority carried in the mind. The more this inferiority remains, the less confidence one has. 🌠
When these memories of falling behind are discarded and the mind returns to the original mind, the sense of inferiority disappears naturally—and confidence appears without effort. ✨

How to Have Confidence
If you want to have confidence, you need to have confidence in the work that you do. This is when you have confidence. Confidence is when you have the capability to handle the work you are trying to do. Only then, you have confidence.
All of these things are the same—they are worries about the future. Worries regarding the future come from one’s failures in the life one has lived. Depending on how much, or how little, sense of inferiority one possesses from those failures, one has a lot, or little, confidence. When you eliminate this sense of inferiority, you will become confident.
If you get rid of all the times when you were falling behind in life and your mind goes to the original mind, your mind of inferiority disappears, and you will have confidence.

🌿 REFLECT AT SANTA CLARA MEDITATION
At Santa Clara Meditation, this teaching is practiced by discarding the memories and thoughts that create inferiority. As the mind returns to its original state, confidence naturally appears—exactly as taught by Master Woo Myung. 🌠
