and the body itself.
These three components make up the false self, which holds anxiety. Because no two people have lived the same life, each mind is different—and so is each person’s anxiety.
But when you eliminate karma, habits, and the body, your anxiety disappears.
There’s no anxiety in the true mind that remains when the false mind is gone.

How Can I Get Rid of My Anxiety?
The human mind is made of the habits inherited from the parents, karma, which are the remembered thoughts that one comes to have from the life lived, and the body. Every person has a different mind because no one has the same remembered thoughts of the life lived, which is his mind. When you eliminate the karma, habits, and body that only you have and erase everything that is in your mind, your anxiety disappears.
