We all have worriesโ€”about tomorrow, about outcomes, about things we canโ€™t control.
But Master Woo Myung explains that worry is the result of a mind without confidence.
It arises when we are not satisfied with our lives, and when we cannot properly face our responsibilities.

How to Eliminate Worries

Every person has worries. Worrying is being concerned about future events before they even happen. One has worries when one has no confidence in his mind.

One has worries when he cannot do his job properly. One has worries when he is not satisfied with the realities of the life he is living.

In order to eliminate these worries, discard your mind that gives rise to the worries; then, there will be no worries.
