🌟 INTRODUCTION
✨ Everyone wishes to change their thoughts—to think more positively or clearly—but true change does not happen through effort alone. 🌱
In this teaching, Master Woo Myung explains that thoughts arise from the mind’s roots: the habits inherited from ancestors, karma from one’s life lived, and the body to which one is attached.
Because the mind itself is false and self-created, trying to change thoughts without eliminating their root cause is impossible.
When one discards this false mind, the thoughts disappear, and the true mind of the Universe remains—free, clear, and peaceful. 🌈

I Want to Change My Thoughts
If you are to change your thoughts, first of all, you should find out where those thoughts are coming from—only then can you change your thoughts. Your thoughts arise from your mind, and your mind is composed of the habits you inherited from your ancestors, karma, which is your life lived, and the body. The memories of your life are stored inside you as a result of the life you lived, and those memories are your mind. This is where each person’s thoughts of their own conceptions and customs come from. When you discard this, your thoughts disappear. Your thoughts will change only when you eliminate the root cause of your thoughts.

🌠 REFLECT AT SANTA CLARA MEDITATION
At Santa Clara Meditation, practitioners learn to discard the root cause of their thoughts—the false mind of karma, habits, and body. 🌿
When these are eliminated, the mind becomes still and pure, and thoughts that once caused conflict and confusion naturally disappear.
True change begins not by controlling thoughts, but by cleansing the mind and returning to Truth itself. 🌏
