INTRODUCTION

🌼 In this deeply insightful teaching, Master Woo Myung explains that all human thoughts arise from one’s own mind—a mind made up of inherited traits, habits, and memories of life lived.
As long as one holds onto this false, self-centered mind, thoughts will continue endlessly.

To be truly free, one must discard the mind itself, which is the root of all thoughts. When the false mind disappears, obsessive and repetitive thoughts naturally stop, and one awakens to the peaceful mind of the Universe. 🌌

How to Be Free from Thoughts: How to Stop Obsessive Thoughts

Human thoughts come from one’s own mind.

In the mind, there is the body that one has inherited from parents,
habits, and one’s life lived.
This is one’s mind.
Thoughts arise from this mind.

In order to be free from thoughts,
throw away the mind, the root of the thoughts.
Then, thoughts will disappear.

REFLECT AT SANTA CLARA MEDITATION

At Santa Clara Meditation, practitioners learn to stop obsessive thoughts not by controlling them, but by eliminating their root—the false human mind. 🌠
Through the method of mind subtraction, one awakens to the still, infinite mind of the Universe, where all thoughts cease and true peace remains.
