What makes us angry?
According to Master Woo Myung, anger comes not from external situations—but from our inner mind that holds onto past experiences, judgments, and habits.
When something doesn’t suit our preferences or challenges our weaknesses, anger arises.
But when we eliminate the life lived and the habits that store these reactions, anger disappears.
It’s not about suppressing emotion—it’s about letting go of the source.

How Not to Be Angry

Anger is an emotion that arises when people encounter something that does not suit their tastes. Anger differs from person to person, but it arises when one faces one’s weaknesses or a situation that one does not like.

When one eliminates one’s life lived, which is the source of anger, and also discards the habits, anger does not exist. A person has anger because one has that mind.
