π‘ INTRODUCTION
β³ Time flows endlessly like water, and within that stream people experience grief and joy. According to Master Woo Myung, these emotions, though powerful, are ultimately meaningless constructs of the mind.
β¨ While all things in nature simply live as they are, humans alone laugh and cry, creating minds only to tear them down again. People fail to realize that their true selves are already complete, and so they remain trapped in sorrow.
π± To awaken is to see that grief and joy are products of the false mind. When one returns to the mind of Truth, one transcends sorrow and lives in the completeness that already exists within.

π ORIGINAL WRITING BY MASTER WOO MYUNG
Grief and Joy
Time that passes is like the flowing water;
and within that flow people laugh and cry;
they live meaninglessly.
All things live as they should,
but only we are laughing and crying.
All things are our own minds
that we ourselves make and then tear down.
People donβt realize the reason these minds exist β
that it is because their lives exist.
They are locked in sorrow,
not knowing their selves are already complete.
