π Introduction
π Many people quietly confess, βI want to escape from myself.β They feel trapped in recurring thoughts, habits, doubts, and burdens.
According to Master Woo Myung, what we seek to escape is not life itself but the false selfβthe accumulated karma, habits, and body-centered identity that form our mind world. β¨
When this false self is discarded through meditation, one is reborn in the true world as Truth itself, free from suffering and doubt.

I Want to Escape from Myself
When you escape from your false self, you will become Truth. When you eliminate your karma, habits, and body, you can go from living in the false world to being born and living forever in the true world. When you are in the false world, you have curiosities, unresolved questions, doubts, suffering and burden; but when you become Truth, you no longer have curiosities, unresolved questions, doubts, suffering, or burden and you can escape from yourself. It will all be resolved when you do the meditation to discard your false self.

π Reflect at Santa Clara Meditation
At Santa Clara Meditation, escaping oneself does not mean avoidanceβit means transformation. πΏ
The false self creates endless questions and emotional weight. But when karma, habits, and attachment are discarded, what remains is clarity and liberation.
To escape from yourself is to eliminate the self.
To eliminate the self is to become Truth.
