π INTRODUCTION
β¨ In this poetic teaching, Master Woo Myung reflects on the countless heavenly bodies in the sky and the countless minds of people, showing how diversity arises from different lives lived. πΏ
He reveals that when the mind becomes empty and absent, all differences dissolve and only oneness and emptiness remain. π
This message shows that the invisible empty skyβthe source of all thingsβis the Mother that gives birth to everything and receives all back to itself. π
π ORIGINAL WRITING BY MASTER WOO MYUNG
Empty Sky
There are countless heavenly bodies floating in the sky.
Though they twinkle all the same,
they each have different shapes.
Though people are all the same,
each person has a different mind according to
the sort of life he has lived.
But to have nothing in his mind β
to have no mind β
means all can become one.
If all of those heavenly bodies were to disappear,
there would only be oneness β
there would only be emptiness.
This emptiness simply exists without a word.
Not only does it give birth to all things,
but it also receives them back to itself.
Thus this invisible, empty sky is the Mother.

π REFLECT AT SANTA CLARA MEDITATION
At Santa Clara Meditation, practitioners are guided to experience the empty sky within their own minds. πΏ Through meditation and reflection, they learn how becoming absent of mind allows all differences to dissolve into oneness, exactly as taught by Master Woo Myung.
