This Meditation Is the Practice of Discarding One’s Self, and Discarding Only

Although everyone in the world believes that he lives in the world through his own merits, everyone lives by the providence of God. In Korea, there is a saying that a person credits his successes to his own greatness while blaming his ancestors for his failures.

No one in the world knows that they are living wrongly. Everyone believes that they themselves are in the right and faults or mistakes are only made by those around them. This is the reason people blame others.

Stop blaming others – know that you have done wrong and therefore, you are the one at fault. Other people’s faults exist because the fault itself exists in your mind. For example, the people you dislike exist because hate exists in your mind. It is the same with enemies, good, and great people; they all exist because these things exist in your mind.

Whether you live well or poorly, succeed or fail, these things all happen because they exist inside your mind. Everyone in the world should throw away these minds, discard even their bodies, become Truth and live as Truth. This is what people at our meditation centers are doing.

Discarding one’s body and mind, and only this, is the practice of finding one’s true self. What need is there to judge whether something is a cult or heretical when one is discarding and getting rid of his self?

When one becomes the existence of Truth, he is reborn and lives in eternal heaven.
