INTRODUCTION

✨ In this profound teaching, Master Woo Myung reveals that true freedom is possible only when a person becomes free of the self. As long as one’s self exists, he remains trapped in the limitations, molds, and boundaries of his false mind. Through cleansing the unclean mindβ€”which is sinβ€”the self disappears, allowing a person to return to the original Truth, the source of all existence.

This meditation guides practitioners to become one with the infinite Creator, whose mind is empty, whole, and alive. To become Truth itself is to gain liberation, wisdom, and eternal life. 🌟

ORIGINAL WRITING BY MASTER WOO MYUNG

Through This Meditation, Anyone Can Cleanse His Unclean Mind, Which Is His Sin, and Thus Gain Great Freedom So That He May Become Truth and Live a Life of Freedom

So long as one’s self exists,
one will remain trapped in his mold
and will thus have no freedom.
Freedom is the state in which one has become free of oneself.
In order for one to be free of oneself,
he must no longer have a sense of self;
then he will be able to return to the original Truth,
or in other words to God and Buddha, who are the source.
This source is the world to which one passes
after one’s self has died;
it is the place of eternal life
and it is Heaven.
He must become one with this ever-existent Truth
in order to be complete.
He whose self does not exist is
a person who has gained freedom;
he is one who has gained liberation.
He whose self does not exist is
a person who has wholly become the infinite Creator.
The Mind of the Creator is one
that harbors nothing and is empty.
The Mind of the Creator is one
that is cut off from everything.
The Mind of the Creator is one
that is alive.
It is state of not knowing anything
or having any kleshas.
Wisdom is for those who have come to know Truth,
for they have become wisdom which is Truth itself.
Wisdom is for those who have become Truth itself.
