Master Woo Myung teaching about chicken or egg question and truth of creation and completeness

✨ Introduction

πŸ” In this thought-provoking writing, Master Woo Myung offers a profound answer to one of the oldest philosophical questions: Which came first, the chicken or the egg?

🌌 He explains that from the perspective of Truth, all things begin in their complete form, not in incomplete or developing stages.

🌿 This insight reveals a deeper principle of existenceβ€”that creation originates from a complete and perfect source, beyond ordinary thinking.

✨ Through this understanding, the question is no longer a paradox, but a reflection of how life and the Universe truly begin.

What came first, the chicken or the egg?

The chicken came first. From the viewpoint of Truth, it is the principle of the world that all things on Earth begin with their complete or mature forms. This is because animals and all things in nature can procreate only when they are complete. So a chicken must be a complete chicken. Only when a chicken exists could it lay eggs. It is not the case that an egg brought forth a chicken.

The chicken came from a complete place. A complete place refers to a place where there is absolutely nothing, a place where everything has ceased; the entire Universe. Nothing is impossible from this place, and it is from here that all things are created.
